The Kilowatts Leadership Team

Tom has over 25 years of business experience in manufacturing, management consulting and the oil & gas industry.

Prior to Kilowatts, Tom was President, a founder and shareholder of Tycor International Corp., a manufacturing company. Tom helped position the company as an industry, technology and market share leader. The company was sold to Eaton Corp.

Other business experience includes investment in a number of start up companies, a principal with Coopers & Lybrand Management Consultants (C&L) and Shell Canada Resources.

Doug is a Professional Engineer with 29 years of experience in providing electrical and control systems solutions for oil and gas production, processing, transportation and refining facilities. As General Manager of Engineering Services at Kilowatts, Doug provides leadership in the areas of engineering quality, standards, training, and development of engineered solutions and products.

Marc is a master electrician with 30 years experience in electrical design, power system design, control system design, PLC programming, customer liaison, start-up assistance, commissioning and inspections. He has been involved in over 1000 projects in the oil and gas industry and now provides support to the Engineering Services Division for system designs, project planning, bid and proposal preparation, scheduling, and cost control. Marc is now celebrating his 21st year with Kilowatts.

Mark is a Professional Engineer with 25 years of experience in electrical design, power system design, control system design, PLC programming, purchasing, customer liaison, start-up, commissioning and training. Mark has been with Kilowatts for 18 years and over the last eight years, he has been the Products Division General manager responsible for all aspects of Guardian® Compressor Control Solutions.

Since 2003, Wade has been the Business Development Manager at Kilowatts Design Company. He has 25 years of technical sales experience in instrumentation, controls and measurement systems. Wade has worked for both product manufacturers and also representative companies, to gain a unique perspective on business as a supplier. Previous to Kilowatts, he worked for a world leading automation manufacturer as regional sales manager for flow computer and SCADA products. Wade is actively involved in industry related associations such as ISA, GPAC and the Industrial Measurement Group.
